I have the exact same problem in Photoshop (all shades of gray are ruined and come out reddish, but when I export, the grays are fine). Do you happen to have a NEC monitor, and have you recently installed drivers for it? I'm asking you this because this is exactly what's causing my problem- NEC's crappy driver. If this is the case, then the only way that I know how fix it is by reformatting your computer. Simply uninstalling the driver won't cut it. If you have a different monitor, then try to remember if you installed anything for it during the time your Photoshop became screwy. I've been too lazy to reformat my computer, which is why I still have this problem. I've learned to live with it, heh.
For the first 2 loser that replied to this thread- If you don't have anything to say that's helpful or constructive, then don't bother.
I hope this helps you.
