You don't really ever have to worry about this, no one is going to waste any of their own drugs just to lace your drugs. Where this really comes into play is if someone actually offers you a bowl or a joint, it could potentially be laced, but if you actually buy a bag you have an extremely slim chance to get laced weed. What you really want to be careful with though, is some people spray down their pot with glass to give it more weight, so if you are just starting to buy, bite down on a nug and if it crunches, don't smoke it.
If it's laced however, it won't look, smell, or taste like normal.
2. How can you make it into a tea?
Same way you make regular tea. :o
3. What are the real long term deficits and how long do they take to recover?
These are still controversial, but the basic facts are that it can contribute to and worsen chronic depression, schizophrenia, or other mental health problems. You may end up with some lung troubles if you smoke a lot, as in more than an 1/8th a day. It will also kill your memory and make you a bit stupider, but honestly, that's only if you smoke A LOT.
