I have an idea of an animation. But I need to get it started. I do have flash and MX studio. So I was wondering do I start with hand drawings? Then scan them into flash? Do i buy a pen, or is it also effective to do entirely in flash?

Once i figure out what im gonna use..do i work on animation first? or beackgrounds? And is voice sync neccessary(im its killing many people)

Then do i create a website to promote it..before its release and completion or at some other time?

And does anyone here use 3d and convert it to flash kno effective programs or wasy to do so...vecta or swift??? ETC

Well thats about it, im looking forward to replies and any tips..
