Basicly the norm is 24 for films 32 for games.

Using Frame by Frame tho it does change so when i frame by frame i reach 28-30

Lowering an Mp3's file size is usualy a bad idea seeing as it has already been pre-resized before hand. If you would like to i reccomend messing around with the khz to 32'ish =)

Well there used to be a site called GBAEMU not sure if its still up tho :D. Just google search the game you want e.g

GOLDEN SUN LOST AGE ROM then there bound to be like 20 sites that have it.

there isnt no percific site dude sorry i cudnt be much help :(

huh, lol you download and emulator and the "ROM" of the game you would like sprites for. This requires no hand helds. On the other hand if youre hoping to do DS games No chance yet unless you have this £300 special device.

ok, well its a long way :(. if youre talking about GameBoyAdvance sprites download an emulator Of the internet GBA ADVANCE would be my choice. Then go to "record" when playin the game. While playin the game this would be recorded so Use all complicated moves to get as many frames as possible. When its recorded Transfer onto a program of ure choice (Photoshop) and delete background and slice out the sprite THIS IS A LONG AND STEADY HANDED Proccess but it pays off in the long run ^^;
