Besides, you don't know what your talking about. Hair color is determined by melanin in the hair follicles. You're body can stop producing melanin as early as highschool and it's perfectly natural. In fact, this is usually determined by genes so your hair will probably turn around the same time as your parnets or grandparents.
Other things matter too... poor nutrician is one example. Of course, diseases and smoking can also cause this to happen. It's prefectly normal.
