Just going off the topic title, I'm going to suggest "Roccos way to love".

It's a murder mystery.

Be warned though, Rocco likes it rough, and in the butt...

The movie starts off with him getting head. But after a few minutes he stands up and the camera zooms out to show you that he was sitting on the toilet. Then he flushes, puts his butt in the girls face and says "Clean my ass bitch". She proceedes to lick his asshole clean.

Later, he puts his big toe in one girls ass, and then makes another girl suck on it.

Rocco has other movies too. In one, he's a secret agent that has to find and defuse a bomb before it goes off and kills a bunch of people. It turns out, the bomb is burried in some girls vagina so he has to defuse it by going in through the butt.

Funny stuff...

Good point.

As it stands now all we get are the occasional clothes packs from MS... and so far, it seems that everybody at Microsoft dresses like a complete douche bag. It would be nice to have a little variety in not only clothes designers, but also character avitars.

Currently, we all have to use the same clothes. But if clothes came with achivements, we'd all look diffrent as not everybody would have completed all of the same achievements. Plus, it's a cool way to brag.

IE: If I could get a Dead Rising Mega Man outfit for my avitar every time I unlocked a peice of the costume in game, that would be sweet!

Response to: 12 years of prison for weed Posted January 22nd, 2009 in General

At 1/22/09 01:18 PM, NoodleCreme wrote: Weed is awesome and should be legalized. There is no way weed is worse than alcohol, and people who say otherwise have never done it or are idiots.

Agreed.

People forget quickly that at one point, alchohol was illegal too. The only reason it's legal today is because prohibition caused more problems then it cured.

The war on drugs, and mainly marijuana, was started as a campaign slogan... claiming that Regan would put a stop to drugs insured he would win the middleclass female votes and pretty much garunteed him the election.

You'll notice that as time has gone by, this "just say no" and 'war on drugs" propegandah has faded and all we have left are a few mesly commercials about talking dogs. The simple fact of the matter is, the false scare tactics that where created in the 70s and 80s have been disproven and thus droped, but the criminalization of the drug remains the same.

Instead of "this is your brain..." now all we have is "don't let your little brother see you". But you'll notice that none of those commercials tell you why you shouldn't let your little brother see you... at this point, the war on marijuana is little more then a guilt trip... don't do it or you'll fell bad about yourself... type of shit.

Strangly enough, "feeling bad about yourself" isn't a side effect of the drug itself, but a side effect of the drug campaign. Look at all the negative responses in this post... "if you smoke pot you're a loser". Who knew that biast hate was a positive campaign slogan form the human race?

In the end, marijuana is a harmless drug... but should it be legal? I think not. Call me crazy, but I like buying my drugs from friends or neighbors... for some reason, I don't think marijuana would benifit from complete legalization. I get the feeling that if Marlbro could legally sell us a pack of joints, we'd be getting ripped off. They'd always be trying to figure out how to give you less at a higher price. The illegalization of the drug keeps it clean... if you know your dealer your always garunteed a good product at a fair price.

On the other hand, I think it should be de-criminialized. Nobody should go to jail (or prison) for smoking, buying, or growing pot. A max sentance should be maybe a year but most marijuana releated insidenses should be settled outside of court through community service or fines. Having say... up to an ounce per person should be completly legal... any more, punishable by fines. That way drug use isn't incourraged but we're no longer waisting valubale tax payer money and court time with 'criminals' that haven't done any wrong to anyone.

Response to: VB6 Problem Posted January 22nd, 2009 in Programming

No idea really...

You might try writing a routine that stops the game from functioning and then calling it in frmGame_Unload

So like:

Private Sub StopGame()
     myTimer.Stop
     mySound.Stop
End Sub

Then in frmGame_Unload:

Call StopGame()

That way, when you call 'Unload frmGame' the Unload routine gets called that calls StopGame that manually stops all the controls and features from firing off.

I'm not sure if it's the most elegant way to handle it, but it should get the job done.

Response to: How do you program stuff? Posted January 22nd, 2009 in Programming

Microsoft XNA

It's free and there are tons of tutorials and books available to walk you through how to make everything from 2D shooters and tile-based games to real 3D rpgs and game engines.

it's not easy, mind you, but it is free and effeciant... so if you're serious this is a good place to start.

Plus, it uses C# which is a newer programing language from Microsoft that will help you get a job in the future as a programer if your gameing career doesn't work out.

Languages like Python are a bit dated and not in that much demand these days. Knowing it won't hurt your chances, but if I had to choose to know one or the other, I'd much rather learn C#.

Response to: Dead Rising (thoughts on port) Posted January 22nd, 2009 in Video Games

The lack of on screen zombies and the loss of the time limit is going to really change the feel of the game.

Playing it on the 360 was intense... you only had one save file, one chance to save the people, and one chance to escape. Fucking up anything ment not being able to save all 50 survivors and starting all over. It was aggrivating and annoying but it really put the intesity of the situation firmly on your shoulders.

It was like a real zombie invasion... never was there a time where I felt like I could just jerk around killing zombies with a golf club. It was serious shit... there was always somebody that needed help, a story that needed to be uncovered, and a safe area I had to get too.

Worse yet, there where very few safe places to run... the mass amounts of zombies made you really question the risk of going out vs the risk of leaving those people to their own wits. I was always asking myself, "Do I have time to make it there and back?" or, "Am I strong enough to not only survive the journy, but also protect the people on the way back?"

Time management became a big issue and it wasn't uncommon to have to fight bosses with 3 or 4 survivors standing by in a near-by store front.

But the Wii version is going to remove all of that. The intensity of the situation is gone and the lack of zombies really opens up a lot of room to run removing the need to plan your routes or really optimize the use of your 'Survivor Waypoint" system.

If I have as much time as I need to save everyone, what's the rush to do it? Or worse yet, why try to save more then one at a time?

The game, it sounds, is going to go from a survival game to a strickly action game... and although that might be entertaining it would be nearly as instense as the 360 version, at which point, why even play it?

It would be like reMaking doom but insuring that the power never gets cut so the in-game lights remain on allowing you see the monsters way before they attack. It may still be fun, but no nearly as fun as it originaly would have been.

Response to: Unlockable clothes for avatars Posted January 22nd, 2009 in Video Games

It would be cool... but at the same time, completly pointless.

360 Avatars have no reason to exist... besides displaying in your friends list, there is nothing you can do with them. It's not like the 360 has a version of Home or anything.

In the end, as much as I'd like to see this, I recognize how pointless it would be and agknowledge that I don't really care if it doesn't happen either.

I like Paint... I have other programs (like Gimp) but often times that's too much for what I'm trying to do.

I don't need, or want, to wait for a huge app like Photoshop to load just so I can put Text on an image or draw a dick in someones hand.

Paint is usually more then enough for about 90% of what I need to do on a daily basis. The only time I don't use paint is when I need to make something that looks professional. And even then Paint can usually handel the job, it just sucks at saving one filetype as another...

His videos are entertaining but I can't say I'm a big fan of his sudden "lets do 7 video games in one 6 minute video" style.

I liked it better when he just had one or two games and really dove into the depths of how much they suck. You got to see multiple stages... now days, you get a 30 second clip of him dying in the first stage and 5 minutes of him in a stupid costume shouting "fuck".
