ABSOLUTELY The Assassins.

It's the most climactic and memorable part of the whole game- with the best intro cutscene too. The game skimped out on a lot of things after that.

I'll never forget Corporal Jonlan and Co. wrecking Sterner Regnix's house and destroying his army of droids :D
