I'd start with FL Studio or Fruity Loops.

Inputting Audio Into Fl Studio 5.0 Posted September 10th, 2006 in Audio

I've been messing with FL Studio for quite a while-- even when it was called Fruity Loops.
But I never figured out how to import sound and put it on the Playlist so it plays at specific times.

If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it.
