Yeah my PC is pretty shit, but other peoples flash's preloaders load instantly. Would be because I have a song exported to frame one?If there's another way of doing the export thingy that'd be great :P
It takes ages for my flash to load up. It's just a white screen for a few minutes before the preloader comes on. Why does it do this?/How can I resolve it?

Yay! Blacknoise :D Lmao, I was going through the forums looking for newbs asking how to use fl so I can send em' a link to my flash. looks like you beat me to it xD
It'll be fine. I've done that before. lol, it even works with headphones. Plug your guitar into the pedal then plug in your headphones (With an adapter of course) It's pretty mad when you don't want to make too much noise.

Ok I just tried that. And said there were no script errors, but when I clicked the button, it didn't play the song. Any suggestions?
How do I do it? How can I make a Button to change song without having to change to a different frame. Cause i'm making a tutorial (Obviously not for flash) and I want it to not change frame when I change song. Also the last song has to stop so they dont play over the top of each other.
I've been told this:
On your button:
on (press) {
sound1.attachSound("<LinkageID>");
sound1.start(0, 9999);
}
On your first frame:
sound1 = new Sound();
But I don't quite understand how it works. LinkageID?? Do I type the name of the song there? And keep the <>'s? And for sound1.start(0, 9999); How does that work?
Also how can I make a little button to change song without having to change to a different frame. Any suggestions or instructions would be greately appreciated! :D
Ok that's the first thing I want to know. I also want to have a bunch of songs that play through and then start again in my flash (Loop). Though I don't know how to make them loop. Because i'm making a tutorial and odds are the song(s) will finish before the user is done with it.
Back to the first thing. How do I make a mute/play button, without having to revert to a previous frame to start the song again? Any sugestions/directions would be much apreciated!!

I get that lately whenever I try to review a flash or change my signature. Does anybody know how to fix this?
I've searched this in the bbs but havn't really found anything usefull or relating to my problem. I want to make like a slide-show flash and I have incorportated a next button. It changes colour when i'm in test and I move the mouse over it, but when I click it nothing happens. I've tried pasting that code into actions part but when I bring up actions it says "Current selection cannot have actions applied to it"
When I add more slides and I go to test, it just plays all my slides. I don't want that :( I want it on the one slide, then when next is pressed for it to go to the next one.
Can anyone help me?? I have a feeling there's something really basic i've missed.
I hate it when one of those flaky bits from the popcorn sticks to the roof of your mouth, especially at the back. :P

Have you tried googling it? I found some interesting plugins through google for Fl. Though no chords or whatever it is your looking for. Just go into piano roll and make the notes. Can't be that hard? Just use a synth that sounds like a guitar. ie, Slayer.
Can anyone hook me up with a cool Palm Muting Plugin that is compatible with FL studio 6? Or if there already is a cool palm muting synth in FL studio that I don't know about? (I'm looking for something heavy)
