Yes, it is normal. As long as the user at level 30 will keep depositing, the minimum requirements to reach levels above level 9 will increase.

That dude (who is level 30) started depositing in 1999 so the 900 exp pts gap makes sense. It could even be bigger if he didn't miss a few deposits :)

Actually, on the other list, if you mean SK's, ties are broken by signup date as well. Ties just happen far less often, due to the xx.xxxx format. Doesn't mean they still can't happen.

As for using a non-related stat to break ties... that may be. But it's a NG tradition. It's how ties on ALL the lists are supposed to be broken (well, on the exp and b/p and some other lists I believe it IS how ties are broken... perhaps the top 10 reviews list, too). But there is one list that uses exp (for some strange reason) instead of signup date: the stickers list. O_o

Right, if it wasn't sort like that then how would it be? First to reach that amount? IDs sorting isn't directly related but it surely makes sense. :)

As for the list, I gained 0.03 vp, no change for the positions and I'm still above Bonus. That's great for a week without a vp boost :D. I will rank-up again this week so I expect to gain enough positions to enter into the 160-170 gap. OK, I know what's coming next (I'm sure that you noticed it).. why am I posting with an alt and why is there something special going on with my main account.. well, let's ignore this, ok? I will explain the situation whenever I will be back to normal (or when my sanity will be back). :D

I don't plan on reaching the top (that would be impossible because ramagi won't stop). I know that reaching a higher position will become more difficult as I approach the top but getting into the top50 isn't that difficult, especially if I keep a similar pace with my main account. Then I will slowly climb the positions until I get in top 20-30 with my current pace. It will take a while though but I have the needed patience. I don't expect another +6 but I expect another improvement on the next update.

And also, that your 26k total doesn't prevent many people from jumping right over you when they enter the list for the first time, too.
