IWP doesn't try to improve his work. All his submissions are exactly the same. Most of his rants are boring and unfunny. The voice of his main character is extremely annoying.

His flashes would be much better if he would start improving the quality, if he would add more originality, if he would include a story instead of ranting about uninteresting stuff and if he would use different characters.
