I'd tell a pregnant mother to listen to Beethoven simply to listen to Beethoven. After birth however is a completely different story. Google that shit.

I did google that shit, I only found a bunch of shit
as the above picture shows you can also use your computer keyboard as a piano :D

Yea I know, I'll admit I that am ignorant of most classical music, that being said I only posted this as a reminder to any beginner musician that might see this.
the story of how my facebookspace got twisted upside down

Not every musician has enough money to buy a grand piano or violin while I can get the library sample with half the price of those.
I agree with you 100%, it ridiculous how much instruments cost, but you can get an okay guitar, keyboard and/or a hand drum for an affordable price, it doesn't hurt to have at least one instrument. Being able to play something in real time can help with composing rhythms and melodies. And lastly you don't need tons of expensive toys to be a great musician
i just like to take a small vocal clipping of anything smaller then a second, and have that repeat for 10 seconds add a little reverb and set the delay so it overlaps, and equalize it so that it isn't a wall of sound, i find that female vocal clips work the best

not every peice needs to be nice quiet classical music to listen to while your pregnant in order to make your baby smarter. You can take inspiration from odd places like aphex twin, flying lotus, babatunde olatunji, nusrat fateh ali khan, paco de lucia etc.... herbie hancock did a jazz reworking of nirvana's smells like teen spirit. Even the use of weird instruments such as a didgeridoo, a harp, a dulcimer, or a hurdy gurdy, can really tie a peice together
a 4ft didgeridoo, acoustic guitar, accordion and fl studio 10, i'm to lassy to uploads pics. I mispelled cuz mischpeeling iz cools
I've done it before and it's a real time consumer. My advice to you if you don't have a lot money is to use the fl studio demo, if you have a mac then try renoise its very cheap

Ive been using Bite Me FG preset to use the subsonic kick that I add Maximus too to give it a hardstyle sound. Only problem is, when I have the kick going, all other sounds (synths and pads) seem to be overwhelmed by it. I tried turing down the channel volume and all that shenanigans trying to even out the noise levels, but no matter what Drumaxx out-sounds everything. Halp
I hate it when aliasing occurs, have you tried the graphic eq and reducing some of the frequency, did you try to use different bandpass filters (low for the kick) (mid/high for the synth lines ) in maximus
(play with all the setting see what sounds best). did you try reducing the kicks sample rate, If you did do all that and it still doesn't work then I don't know all I can say is make a different kick and don't use maximus, try using waveshaper, your graphic eq and your favorite reverb vst

Don't worry I don't think this is super awesome
correction, forgive me for being a douche, but I believe the process goes more like:
step 1: pick a sound
step 2: acquire knobs
step 3: turn
step 4-100: ????
step 101: Ugh yeaaaaaaaah equalize it
step 102-3981hhsj: ????
step 3982hhsj (nu wave progressive post numeral step core): profit
kidding aside just don't get lazy and make mediocre music like I have in my overuse of presets
I rate this joke 10/10

I have finally gotten a perfect combination of effects (and each of their individual settings) in the mixer. Is there any way I could save the effects combination as a whole?
