I have posted in the collab part of this forum, but it has come to where I only need a programmer.

I am looking to design a simulation game, surrounded around Poker. The initial game play and features for the game are already being developed and outlined, I will be handling the graphics and story line.

What I want to create is a alpha build, so that we have something to show potential investors or start a kick starter project or something similar. After this step I will be looking to use the money to hire additional work force to help with the process, as well as marketing. (or whatever we think we need the money for)

The shares between myself and lead programmer will be 50/50.

An update..

Graphics position is now filled up, I basically just need a decent programmer that wants to work in a small team and head the whole process.

So your only work will be "management" of a team of 3-4 people. Do you really expect to find people? Pretty sure no one would be ok with you doing nothing but "manage" them and take a substantial amount of profits, a guy joined newgrounds today with no referenceses whatsoever, actually even if you are exprienced ,exprience in management is pretty useless anyway in this case...

I am mainly a writer and have written story line and key elements to the game, a writer isn't essential as I can do all that but it's always nice to get a second opinion. I can also help with basic graphic work that would need to be done. But I will not be as good as an actual graphic designer so could only help out with simple areas.
I have been with newgrounds for around 6 years, and have worked on a collaborative project before that was in completed but no longer use that email or have access to an account here, so had to remake one.

I will save everyone's time by keeping the message as short as and snappy as possible, I will list what is required and a short blurb to outline the game.

Blurb

The game will be released to mobile phones, tablets etc.

It is surrounded around one main character (in which you create) that starts of in the game turning 18 (21 if we want to hit USA market more) as he hits the age, he is wandering what to do with his life as he stumbles across a billboard with a free $$$ to start playing poker. You then progress this player and his key stats, while upgrading yourself in the process with luxury items and boosters that help you constantly develop yourself.

The game will be SP, offline, with an integrated story line that you follow, goals, achievements and leaderboards. The game will be surrounded around one key location (bedroom) that you can constantly upgrade with ingame money or bought chips that can upgrade floor space, computer speed, energy levels or use for cool clothing, power items, or going for a week long trip to Vegas or why don't we stay in with our bran new dog.

Needed

Head Programmers

- You will be doing all programming related jobs, as well as being involved in generating new ideas or concepts if the time ever comes

Head Designs/Graphic

- You will be doing all graphics work, including in game and out game for company logo etc. We are wanting a mix of prison architect meets game dev tycoon.

Writers

- I will be heading this section, as well as the main overview of the game. Ideally I am looking for a female* writter (or at least a male that can see a very clear female perspective for gamers) to help me develop the storyline to grab the female audience.

* It is not restricted to females

This game will be made to make money, although this will be a fun experience it will also be a big challenge, with deadlines that must be hit. In regard to pay and/or shares will be discussed in private.
