And what happens if we'll all ignore you bunch of fabs? :D Then you will DIE. lol
Audio Advertisment Thread pls!
Those Noise Reduction tools in editors are mostly just preseted equalizers and I would not trust them as you may won't get the best results out of them. The best way to do is by eqing the bad frequencies (12000-20000Hz) on your own (or Multiband Compressor, tough they can destroy the dynamics of the audio). If your lucky even a Lowpass Filter works fine here (which is obviously just a special type of equalizer with another algorithm.)
It's such an overused and well known sentence, but I take use of it: USE GOOGLE!!1!11one
Look here: http://www.soundsnap.com/
Maybe you'll find the samples you need.

Fruity only has 64 + 4 send channels. I thought Cubase has unlimited channels, like, I gonna create a new one whenever I feel like it. I was wrong I guess...
Cubase 4 is a bug infested beast. Steinberg kinda rushed this version. Too bad, I've expected more like thier other good products. I got Halion³ few weeks ago and it's all worth the money (340EU).
Btw. I dunno if Atari (very bad example ^^) or the Sega Master System had stereo outputs, so if you want to make SMS chiptune, check out datas about the console. ;) However, NES didn't use stereo.

Cubase is a music sequencer created by Steinberg, which is used to produce music.
Cubase sure is a great tool, however I stick to my Fruity Loops because of it's workflow. ;) I've heard that Cubase 4 doesn't support Direct-X plugins, am I right? Personally I think version 4 is for the crapper, people should stay with SX 1-3.
1.) NES chiptunes are always mono.
2.) The Triangle waveform's volume can't be adjusted and is always 100%.
3.) Layering two DPCM samples, two triangle waves or two noise waves is prohibited.
4.) There are no more than two pulse waves.
This are the standard requirements if you want to make chiptune sounding like it came right outta your console.
Get Famitracker or NerdTracker to compose and sequence your chiptune tracks.
I hope Castle Crashers will come out out for teh NES!!!
(Srsly as a NESaholic I would buy it...)
Add more crap and sell it as your biography.
Son... I fucked your mum.
OH WAI...
The greatest flag in history! :')
(Oh Österreich! <3)
Seriously the metric system is teh best system evar.
It's easier to reckon with the metric measures since we're going straigh to ten. (I hope you understood this)
And not that fucky pussy 3 foot is what the hell inches and so on.
I'm a commercial dance producer but I'm also making hardstyle tracks (though I havenn't finished a song, just experimenting and creating crunchy, nasty synth sounds ;-) )
I'm using VEC samples Vol. 1 & 2 and Blutonium Samples 1 & 2.
Btw: VEC3 is coming out soon. Sound engineer and producer Manuel Schleis told it on a german producer board, it's almost completed. :D
I can't decide which games are the best for me, but the followings are really sweet.
- Call Of Duty 4 (PC)
- Megaman 5 (NES)
- Journey To Silius (NES)
- Batman (NES)
- Conkers Bad Fur Day (N64)
- Starfox Adventures (Gamecube)
Just a short list! ;)
I'm picking up alot of ideas through the day.
But I also prefer listening to tracks from Rob Mayth (German Dance Producer), A-Lusion (Dutch Hardstyle Producer) or Venetian Snares (Canadian Breakcore Producer), their tracks are very creative and sound like made with effort. (effects, stabs, fills, etc.).
It's been a long time since I was here on the forums last time. :-) Meh, but who cares... *:P*
I'm in search on a effect VST that can modulize samples for vibrato effects. But I didn't find good ones, they are mostly junk. I've also been looking on KVR but there isn't interesting stuff for me.
Any advice, which one I should get?
I decided to take the Pioneer CDJ 200-S and the Stanton SA-3 II (mixer). Just ordered the players yet, because I need 100 euros more for the mixer. :'(
Anyone?
I just found some stuff which seems being worth buying.
Pioneer CDJ-200 S Click me hard
Denon DN-S 1000 Click me harder
Since I have too much money spending its time alone in the bank vault because I hardly ever buy some new stuff, I want to spend them for DJing hardware.
I'm going to purchase me CD players, since vinyls are not cheap however CD's are more handy and much cheaper, also I can burn music on CD's on my own.
But let's face it: I'm a n00b at DJing and I need advice from people who have a knowledge about this entertainment.
First I need two good CD-players (I prefer seperate ones). But no cheap ones, I'd rather spend more money on high quality players. I saw at alot on websites, saying that Technics is selling good equipment. But I don't know which companies developes good equipment too.
I also need a mixer, with good features, quality and if possible one with a VST/AcitveX plugin interface. I also heard, Technics has good stuff but how about Numark? Are there good mixers from this company?
That's all. I'll use my Alesis M1 Aktiv MK2 as the Audio Outputs and my Shure 58 as the mic. I'm not sure about Headphones, maybe later. ;)
So, any suggestions of yours? Which products I should spend my money for?
