You seem to be pretty well off then, why do you seem upset about some low votes?

I was drunk when I made this post haha.

My bad, it sounds so arrogant. I wish I could delete one this forum!

I would just like to tell the last zero voter who tried to down vote all of my songs:

"It must suck seeing all my songs get thousands of downloads and tens of thousands of plays you needy fuck"

Thanks, go die.

Response to: What's you're favorite VST to use Posted March 9th, 2012 in Audio

Nexus 2, Zeta and Massive are my main go to VSTs.

I will be purchasing Sylenth1 next week too

I'm really looking for one with great strings...

Nevermind. I think the "!" was throwing it off...

Response to: Audio Voting - Worth It? Posted March 7th, 2012 in Audio

Personally I think this new chart system would be A LOT better then the old one if we expanded the charts and got rid of the weekly update thing and made it more real time?

Actually it is a lot of money. When I moved to Lithuania I didn't had an official job. Almost 3 years I was a freelancer, made just music and lived out of it, and yet I was uploading more than 80% of my music to free websites like Newgrounds.
So, yes, you can offer your music for free and still make a living out of music.
See my previous post.

Stop worrying and make music ;-)
Good advice :)

Music for hire is different but I mean just releasing your own songs. Even big name producers in the electronica game make barely anything for the productions.

Seeing fans of tracks... Posted March 6th, 2012 in Audio

I know someone posted a way to see how many favorites your specific tracks have but I don't remember how to do it and can't seem to find the post.

Can anyone help?

Gotta love how much easier it is to get exposure with the new layout.

I've seen my music pop up on other random sites and youtube videos (with proper credit :D ) since the layout has changed.

Lovin' it!

So last night I went and got hammered. I woke up this morning with a massive headache, headphones under my neck (thought they were broken, scary shit) and a my laptop on the ground with FL open...

This is the result!

Haha at first I just laughed but now, I'm actually finding it catchy, in a "Riverside" kind've way. I might be crazy but I actually think I might try working on this abit.

Hopeless?

Response to: Awaiting Audio Approval? Posted March 21st, 2010 in Audio

The whole system needs a revamp.

How often are there "spam songs"?

Would a "Report" option not be more efficient? Let everyone help out and keep people who aren't spamming and just want to share their work happy?

I know if I had to wait a few months to submit audio I'd most likely forget about it. I'm not saying the audio mods are doing a bad job (They're doing an awesome job) but they do need some sort of help.

I finally have a proper account to promote myself! I used to submit stuff under dj-pope but with this song, my first one in a really long time, I finally think I'm ready to take this serious.

No...? Okay.

Response to: Awaiting Audio Approval? Posted March 20th, 2010 in Audio

Im sure less people submit spam then new users submit songs.

I'm in such a dilemma. I was really hoping to use this account for all my new music as I finally have my proper username...

I seriously don't want to wait months to submit my new song though.

Response to: Awaiting Audio Approval? Posted March 20th, 2010 in Audio

Just an aside.

wouldn't it be more efficient if you just let everyone submit and then have a "Report" option so that everyone can be used to filter the possible "spam songs" and then the audio mods could delete those that are actual spam?

Seems like that would be about ten times faster then having audio mods check every single new artist.
