Trust me, it's nothing compared to Highlander. Highlander is one of the most manly films ever created, plus it has an awesome 80s sound track entirely by Queen.

That movie made me proud to be a man. This party makes me proud to be a man, and i'd be honored if I could join it.

whew...angry. Shoulda figured you knew, but hey, I have my dumb moments. Foxes are cool.

Perhaps I should quiet down and try not to enrage red

Response to: - The Regulars Lounge Thread - Posted November 6th, 2004 in Politics

well it's not supposed to be pronounced fox, it's like foh. I think it's Latin for fake or false or something. It's my aim sn. Friend made it up when he pointed out that i'm not Mexican or White, I just pretend to be white. The name just kinda stuck. It's all I have for now

Response to: - The Regulars Lounge Thread - Posted November 6th, 2004 in Politics

that sounds so awesome...but I know if I start talking about pot I won't stop. And that'll get me in trouble.

No more n00b, no more skunk. Now I gotta come up with something else creative.

Change your name, quick before you dissapear again! I'll make a new sig.. I'm so sick of that one.. I never really liked it.

Yeah i'm sick of it too. I should just change the name and go with no sig pic. I wish I had photoshop so I could make one, but alas, i'm poor and can't buy it.

I didn't even know they sold condoms at wal-mart. Anyway I don't like wal-mart because they won't hire kids who can't pass drug tests...

I need a job!!!

Response to: The Moderation of Age Posted August 11th, 2004 in Politics

it's all about self-interest. When you're young and extreme, you think that all the things in the government are wrong, but as you get older you see how the government helps you and you don't want it to change.

I just got back from the dentist and I hate him so much. I've got fillings before but they didn't hurt NEARLY as bad as these ones did. But the plus side is now my lips are numb and they're fun to poke at.

Sad story...kinda. He did have intentions of hurting people. But 80 years is a bit harsh for a plan to do something and not even following through. I think that race wasn't too big of an issue, just an overreaction to the hysteria caused by 9/11.

Response to: The American Dream Posted August 10th, 2004 in Politics

It's tough to tell when people are trying to have a civilized discussion or when they're throwing back-handed insults at each other on a message board like this.

I'd have to say that I partially agree with Supa that the majority of people don't succeed. But that's because the majority of people don't have the ambition to do it. It's definitely possible to "live the American dream" as long as you put your mind to it. You may not be a famous millionaire, but you can sure as hell be happy here.

Response to: Recycling/trash Posted August 10th, 2004 in Politics

Where I live (San Diego) they supplied special cans for trash, yard waste and recycleables (sp?). It makes it really easy to recycle and most people do pretty well. I still take my extra cans to the recycling center, I make about 20 extra bucks a month from them.

I think if the government makes it easy to recycle, then people will do it. But if they have to go out of their way to a recycling center, it won't happen.

I wanted to see that, but alas, I have basic cable (about 20 channels). Parents don't find it useful and they refuse to pay for it. It really sucks only having a selection of about 5 channels that actually have quality programming. That's why i'm online so much. But then I get bitched at for that as well.

I thought Clinton did pretty well on Letterman too, but that's old news now.

That was the story of high school for me. All 4 years it was like that. Even in my AP US Government class people were uninformed and illiterate. I'm hoping college will be better.

Whether people are accepting of body size or not, being overweight is unhealthy. I have no problem with fat people, but when they act like there's nothing wrong with it, that seems a little foolish.
