Hehe thanks! We are just smoking a shisha, with watermelon flavor ^^. I made the smoke template with MS paint and then just pasted it onto the big picture with Photoshop. (Just needed the opacity function)

Except for the smoke, FULLY made in MS Paint!
(also, slightly more than 20 minutes)
