No, you're not popular until you make GOOD posts.

and it is also the minimum post limit for a BBS Award nominees.

So, if you can't be nominated for an award, you don't deserve to celebrate your birthday?

I just thought I'd get this out there so I could defend my point. Also, I said this WAS NOT perfect, and there are some obvious kinks to work out, which can be resolved with time and experience with them, but not at the start.

Sure, because the great flash artists that don't post on the forums should be thoroughly ignored form the start.

Just give this a chance. Yoou'll be impressed.

Yeah, and it'll turn out like the 'Post all Video Here' thread that nobody looks through anyway.

I was surprised I hadn't thought of it before, actually.

You could make a Deku shield out of wood or something,

I'm saving that for the Hylian shield. I've seen some replicas made of wood that turned out really nicely.

I don't know, I have the ideas of what to make but not how to construct them and with what.

Most replicas can be made of wood. Check out this guy's work: http://volpinprops.blogspot.com/

Meh, too simple. Like doing a puzzle piece from the same game, it wouldn't provide much of a challenge.

At 11/24/09 05:33 PM, akmeteor wrote: Triforce. Definitely.

Again, this would be a little simple, though it would look cool.

I'll post pics of the Pieces of Heart when I complete them. I'll be cutting them out of a 2x2 sheet of Plexiglas, each one being cut out of 4 1x1 sections.

I'm sure they can reset it for you or something. I would recommend asking them to delete it if you are unable to, and just resubmitting it to the portal.

This is a possibility, but the only person I can think of who would appreciate it lives a little far away for it to be given during the Holidays.

I may give it a try sometime.

Wrench - Ratchet & Clank

This one wouldn't be particularly hard. It could work.

Aku Aku - Crash Bandicoot

I remember making an Aku Aku mask in grade 6 or 7 for Art class. If I were to make one again today, it would be more realistic and look better, I guess.

Spy staff - Sly Raccoon

Haven't played this game, and don't know anybody else who has. :(

Chaos Emerald - Sonic the Headgehog

This would be interesting, but It would be difficult to do. I'd have to cut it out of glass or something, and I certainly wouldn't have time for that.

Starman - Super Mario Brothers

I was actually thinking about doing the Star Rod from Paper Mario. Maybe it would look cooler with a starman on top.

Master Sword - Legend of Zelda

I CERTAINLY don't have the time to do this. Maybe over a longer period, and when I have more tools available, I can make one out of fiberglass or wood.

Pokeball - Pokemon

This is a maybe.

You might, but then again, you might not.

Fecal matter isn't really known to make pink eye occur, but mucus from your nose and some other things can, so it is a clear association. If fecal matter really caused pink eye, everybody would have it. Which is gross.

Most illegal drugs are about as harmful as caffeine anyway, not that any drugs should be illegal.
I was reffering to marijuana and suggesting what the government would do.

And I was reffering to marijuana and several other drugs, and what the government already did.

You're so literal, go make some inferences or something.

No, as long as you are the one who purchased the DVDs you have legal title to the content on it. It helps to keep the reciept or other proof of purchase, in case you somehow eventually lose it to copyright protection or you fear you'll get in trouble.

You're safe, and if you really don't believe me, read the DMCA.

No, you have a right to the content on the disc, but they put those guards on to make pirating less easy.

It doesn't work, though. But, as long as you don't let anybody else use the ripped file, for free or not, then it's totally safe.
