Unless I'm very much mistaken, us art mods can't ban people directly yet.
If you did get unscouted for any of the reasons above, you'd still be able to be rescouted. Especially if your work isn't up to par or you scouted a bunch of chumps.

There's nothing I can do on my side, so if you can't submit anymore artwork I'd suggest making a very detailed PM to Bob (make it very easy for him), complete with screenshots. It may be a glitch, and he may be able to help.

Well,i can still submit Art.It's still saying "This user has been banned."on the 2 pieces of Art i submitted.However,im not sure,but if i submit 4 pieces of Art i just might be able to be scouted again.

i was just unaware of the fact the art was stolen.

Just a reminder to people to be extra careful who you scout, since its dead easy to decieve people on the internet. Use TinEye, it's quick and easy to use, and dead useful.

What?dammit.if only i knew about Tineye sooner.still,whenever i scout people in future,i'll check their art on that.if only i knew about it sooner.that woulda saved my ass.

...Why have i been banned from the Art Portal?now,i have been for like,a month or two now.i really want to know why,as i have never been told why.

here are my possible explanations:

*The piece of Art i submitted did not match the quality of the standards of the Art Portal.

*i had scouted someone who apparently stole a piece of art.i was unaware of this happening,until someone PM'd me about this.

*I had scouted alot of users at the time,(more than 10 in the span of 2 days.)and i think then the rule came along that you are only allowed to scout a maximum of 2 users per day,

*This may be a glitch in the Portal.

mind you,i would have lost my scouting ability because i had less than 4 pieces of Art submitted.
