The current head of FEMA, Michael Brown, has been shown to be quite incompetent. From what I can gather, all the resources were there from the start, but it was he who failed in rallying/deploying them. American bureaucracy is like a Hydra with one too many heads, and this even after its attempt to consolidate through the department of homeland security. In the end, I think this will just be a red tape laiden fiasco.

Ask these so called "instructors" what they think of Krav Maga. I wouldn't be surprised if those that practice Systema are all too ready to bash it, confirming the fact that they are full of feces. I myself am an assistant instructor here at a gym in Montreal, though be it for Vale Tudo. The man employed that teaches Krav Maga is also a very respected fighter in the UCC ( Ultimate fighting type circuit), and I'd take his word over anyone else's anyday.
Regardless, everyone is apparently entitled to their own opinion. I'm not about to school you over the internet.
