You're 13 for chrissakes! Your testosterone levels are probably too low to sustain any real growth. Desperate? Shoot up with some equipoise and winstrol, and be the only 5 foot tall muscle freak in your neighbourhood.

Just be patient... at least wait till your nads drop and your voice deepens.

Nice side-stepping. I'd applaud you, truly I would, if you weren't some inferior sack of crap.

I certainly wish people would show some sense when adamantly attempting to down-talk someone clearly their superior. Then again, its true you might someday succeed at spawning progeny without webbed digits or toes.. but I find such unlikely, due to the fact you are clearly a closet case.

How are the synonyms I used inapplicable in the current context? Judging by the length of time you took to formulate a proper retort, I'd say it was you who was using a vocabulary enhancing tool.

Oh, and the name Nietzchean need not be written between quotation marks. I can more than back up the claim.

What say you shut the fuck up and stop using words you don't understand, you dumb bag of cocks.

Cultures that do not respect or value the lives of animals as much as the lives of humans are primitive and ignorant, don't argue with me.

Your choice of insults must reflect a deep desire for destructive and brutal sodomy.. but that's just an enlightened opinion.

You're absolutely right, I shouldn't argue with you; since you're obviously mentally disabled.
At least to some obvious extent.

If anyone should think themselves up to the challenge.. do proceed.

I would love to have a sig that reflects the true nature of my persona: arrogant, and near-perfect. All joking aside, it should be esthetically pleasing, refined.. could reflect my tastes in art (renaissance era), music ( Vivaldi, Chopin, Beethoven) or physical activities ( Martial arts, weight-lifting). I have a penchant towards rich and vibrant colour, preferably reds, blues and purples.

I would of course give full credit to the author in my Signature area, and of course, much gratitude.. and who knows, maybe some admiration. :)

Fat helps you add muscle a lot easier than if you have none on your body.

I'd recommend bulk calories to someone with say.. 2% body fat. Anyone within the normal range ( 10-15 for men) really doesn't need to.

Gah.. You're 14!?! DO NOT overwork yourself. You certainly can or will stunt your growth. Keep in shape by playing sports or something, but for God's sake lay off the heavy weights.

It may be that you don't have enough fat in your body. Try adding one or two hundred calories to your diet if that is the problem, and make sure it is mostly in protein and calcium.

Not enough fat? Wtf..

Make sure you're eating at least 1g protein per pound of body mass. If you're a skinny shit, you might want to load up with some protein shakes/bars. Don't go more than 2.5 g per pound.. you won't be able to metabolize it.

Nevertheless philosopher, no one needs to resort to that form of cruelty. Survival of the fittest, but if you have to kill, do it honourably.

I'm not at all advocating said level of cruelty, but merely pointing out socio-economic conditions which would lead to it. Keep in mind that these people aren't as keen to advocating benevolence as we; in more stable and comfortable conditions are.

What you all fail to realise is that Charlie's situation was caused by his father who had a nasty habit of snitching on influential members of the Russian mafia. That, and digging into the stashes of Coke he was running for them.

They must have been lying low for a while, is all.
