Need help Posted October 27th, 2009 in Where is / How to?

Im just a dumb kid trying to start making flash, but I dont know where to get flash or how much it cost. I also thought somthing called a "tablet" could help with flash making (please dont make fun of me with the tablet thing I am new to this remember). Can somone please tell where to find these stuff and how much it usally cost?
