Found it while looking for an update for SIMGirl game, got intrigued and stayed cos I like the user input & voting, and also cos I now have somewhere where I can submit my Flash work and people appreciate it.
Also seeing other people's Flash work has given me a lot of inspiration on how to improve my own.

VII is the best game I have EVER played. 8 9 & 10 are ok but 7 is better.

Chances are if he's on dial-up, banning his IP will have no effect - it'll just change next time he connects. Even on cable it's possible to change your IP every hour or so, if you know what you're doing. Which means unfortunately that there's not a lot NG can do. I've seen & had the same problem on the Direct Connect P2P program, the method is usually used by leeching f**kers on there, too.
