I dont know how put sounds on flash =S I need help!

I begin to make some of song but i need to know how to pute the artist name or the description of the song (copy right) i dont know how...

I know my english is not realy good but I talk french and not english normaly!... but you can understand me :)

Me i use paint shop pro 7 photo shop pro 7 and some time i use program flash for the render of the line!
