I'm going the "fan creation" route with the hope that I can find an animator interested enough to make this script a reality. I've seen a bunch of MLP fan projects on the internet, so I figured I'd throw a script out there.
I've got this posted on lots of sites (mostly fan forums). This is just the flash central of the net.
All I can do is get my stuff out there and see what happens. What more can I expect?

Well it's a spec script, meaning it's created with the intention of becoming an actual episode of the show. I'm not sure how to get this to any significant person (like Hasbro or the like) so I'm just posting it wherever I can. You never know right?
Oh Newgrounds doesn't allow you to edit posts? Okay. Forgot this.
Synopsis: Rarity discovers a new card game that's sweeping Equestria. But will she get to obsessed with it?!
So those nazis over at Equestria Daily said they don't take scripts, so I figured I'd dust out my old Newgrounds ID and see what you guys thought.
This is a spec script for a 22-23 minute episode of the show. Don't let the page count fool you. It's mostly description.
Comments are appreciated! And if any of you have any suggestions on how to get a fan made cartoon out of this I'd love to hear it!
I've always been interested in making flash movies for Newgrounds, but there's always been this major stumbling block: I can't draw worth anything. I've tried taking classes, but the more I tried to improve my technique the more I realized how terrible I am at it.
I'm a writer majoring in Film at UC Santa Barbara. I've won a few contests over the internet, and I plan on entering some more in the future. I'm looking for an animator who can help bring my ideas to life. Someone who's well rounded and has an interesting style.
So if you've always wanted to give your flashes an extra burst of drama/humor/whatever, let me know. Together we can take over Newgrounds!
