Help finding film, Spanish 80's Posted August 26th, 2014 in Animation

The movie was dubbed in Latin American Spanish and on VHS. It was possibly from the 80's or earlier. The films were paper cutout animation. It's possible they were short films or just episodes of a TV show, I cannot remember.

The story is about a boy who has to get a haircut. He i sent to a barber who by what I remember is a little eccentric. The barber goes into a closet where he is able to switch his haircuts (as if the paper haircuts were being swapped for other paper haircuts. Kinda like the Sims?). The barber cuts all of the boy's hair and he is super sad afterwards and other kids make fun of him. I also remember he climbs a tree at some point and others are trying to get him down. I can't remember if he climbs the tree because he is embarrassed of the new haircut or because he didn't want to go get a haircut.

It's also possible there was another story on it about a kid who (possibly) ran away to join the circus. I remember the circus characters turning their back on the kid(literally), I believe because of his request to join the circus.

Thanks for the help!
