This is something that angers me too. I was born in mid '91 and can remember bits from around '95 onwards. I think that the kids that were born from '96 to '99 just say that they like the 90's because it seems cool to be nostalgic and look back on a past decade. Plus who cares for the 00's. Not much happened in my opinion.

My advice to you would be to do what I do with kids like that and start asking them questions about the 90's that are designed to trick them and make them look like an idiot. For example, ask them about "early 90's bands that everybody liked" that are really completely made up or from the 70's or something. When they react with "I remember them" simply laugh.

Well it is here now, I personally am all behind it. I'm not too sure that it'll get us more new members but it'll be something to help keep there activity up when we do get them.
