Do you come from a rural tribe? If being able to read is good where you come from I fear for you. I have several reasons to doubt it's that rare where you come from, one of them is that you know text talk which if you know it you probably use it regularly as observing other people is how you use it. I also somehow doubt that in a country where things like computers and the internet are available they have high illiteracy ratings.

I come from South Jamaica, New York. No one in my famly has gone 2 colege. 20% of me friends went to colege. Sumthin like 75% dropped out in middle school, and the other 50% have been arested. An they thinc that Osama Bin Hussain is our biggest problim.
