Britain has a pretty good system in my opinion. We have a lot of one day or one week breaks scattered across the school year, then one smaller summer break. (6/7 weeks) Enough to not get worn out from constant work, but not too much in the summer break.

I have no problem with people who smoke, although I would much prefer if no one I knew became a smoker. What I DO have a problem with, is people who smoke at a young age. A couple years ago I saw a guy from my school, around 12, smoking on the way home. How fuckin' pathetic is that.
