this is a sorta happy evil picture i did just caus it halloween im also planning on a more evil picture but for now i want to ask wot should i add to this to fill in the spaces and wot i should do to this pic before subbing it to the art portal caus i want to get my scout back :\ so yer please ideas and advice possible and even sum scout me that update got on my nerves :\

i had to reinstall flash and reset all tools and this came out in the progress not a whole lot went into this but i dont have alto of time and felt like posting something but you never know someone might like it! please comment and if your a scout could u please scout me caus i miss not bein scouted already :(
