Well lets look at this one, it's simple, modern, and it looks good, the icons are well done and everything's uniform, most of all it's free, I couldn't find any themes on the app store that weren't free.
While yours is a dollar and less appealing.
It looks like you just took the regular icons and turned them transparent, not worth a dollar on the mass markets

I probably wouldn't use this free to be honest.

Looking awesome so far man, the eyes look a little wonky though and the opening of the gun needs a little work

I see a lot of stray pixels on there, there's no shading, it's out of skew(the windows, doors, letters, and helicopter) and aren't following the isometric perspective, and it's kinda unappealing to look at with the light blue and bright neon orange.

I'm not very educated about 3d, but I do know the more detail in something, the longer it takes to render, and judging the amount of angry rants about his computer shutting down during a render, longer times would only increase the chance of losing it.

Not really, I'm not entirely sure how far copyright goes, but again, they look absolutely nothing alike.

So I was going through my emails today and deleting all the junk when I spy a name, I opened it up to find this.

"Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that "The Boston Baked Bean" is registered and copy written property of All Mighty Productions/Beantown Toys. Any use of the name and/or image without our written permission is a violation of federal and state laws. We politely ask that you immediately remove all images and references to "The Boston Baked Bean" or we will be forced to take legal action.

Our legal department has been informed of this infringement and is currently monitoring the situation. Your cooperation is appreciated."

At first I was like "no way" but than I was like "seriously"
Naturally I think this whole thing is silly because my fat ass luchador lookin' thing looks NOTHING like some guy in a bean suit. But copyright is copyright.

So I change the name of the submission on where I posted it and said this in a reply.
