Both true, it isn't finished (I ASSUMED that the chow would end thursday night, like it said. But I was wrong apparently) by then I only had the inks done.
The hero isn't the main focus, but he's definitely more noticeable than gumby's

I'm not gonna lie, it may just be me interpreting your posts wrong, but you're coming off as totally pompous.
10 minutes is no amount of time to spend on something to show people your drawing ability. I also don't like the excuses being thrown around here, if you drew something with a mo9use, and you know it's shit, why draw with a mouse? there is no logic in it, other than maybe some pity props for using a mouse.

On the painting, the proportions kill me, the hand thats, grabbing him? is bigger than his head. I can kinda see you going for a kind of feeble position with the shoulders, but if it's a kind of scared or depressed, I think more of a hunch or bending over a bit would work better.

I see no point in the wings, they are bad, there is no 2 ways around it. (They don't even look to much like wings, look up some references when you paint or draw or whatever, that goes for people too.) They distract from the rest of the picture and forced you to crunch everything else to the left.

I'd suggest not doing your art on a computer if all you have is a mouse.

Nintendo took microsoft and sony, and took a dump on them.
