I just use flash and export it as a GIF..

I'm going to get a new computer soon and am deciding on getting either a mac leopord or a vista OS and computer.

What should I go with?

It's because the previous generations of realy good flash artists have mostly left.

Joanime, Cycon, LenZ.

Cycon is starting to make a comeback, and LF is still around, but he just sux now.

When the next generation of beastly awesome flash artists come out, good flashes will come back also.

How do I report somebody for stealing a flash?

I know for a fact the http://fonzu.sheezyart.com made this animation a while back, and this girl has been claiming she made it and has reduced my whistle level too rubbish because I gave her a review saying she stole it.
