Use 24 at most.

To make it look real, just add more frames and read some tutorials by searching newgrounds for animation tutorials. They should help.

The body should be rounder and flatter and the lighting is fucked up seriously

Try using an fps of about 17 if your a begginner. That helped me out.

You can use files to make guestbooks and don't have to use databases. Its more insecure I hear though..

The forums fit in nicely, which is a surprise seeing how it is shrunken so much. The layout could be better, but Its not to bad. Give yourself a cookie for your hard work... and then get ready for more hard work and redo the layout :)
