Depends on the activity you mean. I believe most flashes get posted and more users are online in the afternoon. I'd say around 1 pm to 7pm EST. It stays steady at night as well, but ususally by night people got stuff to do. Usually...

Adobe Flash CS3. Although it's been years since I've used any variation of Flash, it seems to run pretty smoothly. CS4 is the newer version, but to be honest I dont find it all that much better. It just depends on whichever you work best with.

good sharp lines and contrast on the outline. the image doesn't appear skewed to me, and i think it will be easier to see that one clean up is done. i think it may be better to leave their faces mostly hidden, with just added definition on the neck area. if you plan to add color, i think a dark color scheme would work best. grays and browns mostly

I was roller skating at a local skating rink about 10 minutes from my house. It was 15 minutes until closing time. I had to spend 10 hours in the hospital and underwent an operation where the orthopedic doctor conscious sedated me and manipulated/repositioned my bones back into place, than put a soft cast af gauss over it.

I couldn't start typing with my other hand until today.
Should be healed in 6 weeks. And than physical therapy.. Great.

that really sucks. I broke my right arm when i was younger. I slipped in an oil slick on a concrete surface, fell forward, and landed right on my arm. The fall broke my humerus straight across. Only good thing I got of out it was I was excused from homework for about 6 weeks since my writing arm was broken! =]

That's the best thing to do at this point. As much as anyone in here would like to claim, no user has the right (or jurisdiction) to track down other users just because a malicious post was submitted to the site. That's why there's site administrators. That's why Wade handles all issues with malicious or stolen posts. Email him about the entry and be done with it. You can get in just as much shit for trying to take matters in your own hands that the one who submitted the malicious flash would. I hate what the DD are doing, but let the people in charge take care of it. Just do your part and help bring stuff like this to their attention

Pretty much what everyone else here said. Just remember, 5 flashes a day for 10 xp. NG runs on eastern time, so remember that if you're in a different time zone. Don't hesitate to vote on more than just 5 entries a day. Voting for flashes under judgement well also get you B/P points if you vote correctly on the flashes outcome (either blam or pass)

Ultimately, it comes down to covering their ass. Any sort of controversial posting that is allowed to stay on a web site like YouTube or CitizenTube draws serious attention to them. Not that the exposure is bad, but if the reaction is, then you've got people upset at the site and not just the poster. The site then does what they feel they must in order to look good and cover their ass: take it down. I'm sure their terms and conditions are worded carefully to allow them to do just that.

All of these flash submissions that get posted as previews, intros, demos, etc. should really be uploaded to the Alphas portal. I get that submissions should be judged on content, not length, but wasn't that the whole point of the NG Alphas portal to begin with? to allow works in progress to be submitted? This is all assuming of course, that NG can get it running again!

it's quite possible. Adobe does offer their products to students that verify their registration in schools at a discounted price. about 80% off the normal price I believe, but you do have to provide them all the proper paperwork saying you're in school. trouble is, the program should have asked you the same thing. They might just be making it up, or it may be that they have other Adobe software causing a conflict.
