Why didn't you simply not post? You didn't have to tell us this because we really don't give a rats ass what you don't do anymore. By the way, who the fuck are you?

im nobody you know because you obvously haven't been here long. according to my posts previous to this, people who i talked to on here do fucking care, considering they were like "NO don't go" and shit. so how about next time you speak for someone, make it yourself and not a whole fucking user-based community. you can't speak for fucking everyone. i posted it because, in case any of the old members i used to chat with were still on here, they would know that i have discontinued contribution.
it actually might be people like you who made me stop in the first place.

ummm im sorry im relpying to a post from this long ago but i just notcied this.
you say excess stopping power is useless...
naturally you've read the ZSG(zombie survival guide).
remember, your ONLY objective is to survive,
and as stated in the book, stopping power can help you with that. if you have say...a shotgun, and you are in a small room with say...3 zombies. the stopping power of the shotgun spreading the zombies out and giving you more space to escape is MUCH more efficiant, less deadly, AND it saves more ammo, then if you were to take out your pistol and shooth them all. and i say that would be deadly because, also stated in the guide, a situation like that could be uncomfortable and scary for the pistol-weilder. the zombies couls be to close to you, and yo could start loosing aiming abilities and missing the head...essentialy killing you.

knox, it's really good to see you doing something that is truely "off the table"(sp?)

but when you make flashes for NG, are you going to stay in the blue-clayman stage? cuz i'd honestly hate to see the submissions with fancy visuals. i love the simplistic blue-blob thing you have going.

whatever you choose to do, keep doing it good.

i think i've made a new decision. i will attempt to contribute whatever the hell i can to the club, but it won't be a whole hell-of-a lot, so ya. Don't expect to see me posting 10 times per day every day. at the most it will be like 5 posts/month.

Sorry guys, but it's more than likley that this is my las post ever on the anime club forum. Latley, iv'e been staying away from Newgrounds, because im more pre-occupied with other things. And, as much as i hate to say it, i don't think you'll be seeing me here ever again.

I hope the anime club goes on forever and i'm proud to say that i was ever even a part of it.

Good luck, and good bye.

How? It's got reanimated dead cannibals, and that's reason to believe that it's a zombie flick.
I say that because, when they are infected, they die for about 10 seconds and turn into a
zombie.
This meaning? Unless you abide strictly by the guide(which would make sense), that's how it usually happens these days n the movies.
then i thought......."they did die, so are they or are they NOT zombies?". so, i decide to ask the
good people at the ZSC for YOUR oppinions.
I believe that it was a pretty good movie.

yeah, i realised it was a zombie movie, but ive heard mixed oppinions. i just wanted to get yours(not YOURS in specific, but the ZSC's oppinion) and i thinks its a good movie too.

on a zombie related note, i saw dawin of the dead(not the origional unfortunatley) yesterday. I think that movie is GOOD, but in ways its not very zombie-ish. i say that because, when they are infected, they die for about 10 seconds and turn into a zombie. then i thought......."they did die, so are they or are they NOT zombies?". so, i decide to ask the good people at the ZSC for YOUR oppinions.

Simple. Lure them onto the bridge, set the charges, fall back to the city side, wait for most of them to get on the bridge, blow the charges, and kill the ones that still managed to get on your side.

Listen A .22 has suffecient stopping power to kill a zombie, as I have said before if it peirces the skull it can kill a zombie. You guys need to quit worring about stopping power, cause in reality all firearms have enough stopping power to kill a zead.

yeah, youve got a point.

Zeds have weak, easily broken skin/bones. an average .22 would be able to break right through, and it would be best because ammo is easy to locate(get the glock and im sure the poilece wouldnt mind lending you some bullets. They ARE there for your protection, after all).

Oh ,and i found out that my friend does in fact have a attic! So no more basement! The basement would be WAY to scary to hide in anyway(its already like something from silent hill).

So, all in all, there are no truley efficiant guns for stopping large masses of zombies?

And M4's are just as good as most guns you could use(im just trying to figure things out, BTW).

As for HMG, i was refering to the military on that one.

Regarding XBOX 360-

I never thought the graphics were going to outdate the PC's, either. Just come really really close to the graphical quality of the PC.

You ever shot one? If not, (sorry to be a dick but...) dont base oppinions on what other people tell you. The M-4 is a great gun, a carbine with great accuracy and little kick, its easy to clean and wont jam easily.

Dont worry about being a dick......as long as you dont go all smeagol1 on me.

As for the M4, im not just basing it on the ehings people on here are saying. As a kid(younger kid, rather) i watched alot of history channel. And history channel=army. army=armies gun history, which = the M4. The M4 has strengths and flaws. It dosent jam easily and it is very accurate.....but it lacks proper stopping power. It could take a small group out no problem, ill give it that, but its not as easy to take down a mob of 100's with it as it is with ,say, a M16(though it will jam easier if your not using the re-done version) or a HMG(heavy machine gun).

What about grenades and land mines? Would they be good for zed hunting?

Yes, the tank is more or less impenetrable. But remember this, the gunner outside is vulnerable, and he has the most powerful secondary weapon. When he is killed or goes back into the tank, you will have to rely on the other machine gun and the main cannon, you will also have shit for visibility. Eventually you run out of ammo, and then you get hungry and thirsty, and since the zeds can sense you, they never go away. In otherwords, you are in for one painful death.

pretty much, yeah. and if you get out of the tank.....your still screwed!

Oh, i just remembered, my old zombie survival plan wont work anymore. My friend moved. His new house, unfortunatley, has no attic. His basement, however, is full of all kinds 'a weapons( golf clubs, baseball bats, lead pipes, steel pipes....i wouldnt be suprised if they found a shotgun in the washing machine). So i was wondering, how is the basement for a hiding lasce. It has a good crawl space too, so we could get out if needed. Food and other suplies listed in my old plan(look back a few hundred pages if you ever wanna read it), but the attic is gone. Next time i go, im lookin for an attic.....its gutta have one somewhere.

well in a general sense, yes you could do that. ButTanks arent effective. The chance that the tank actually runs the head over is small. and if it gets crushed anywhere else, it wont matter. The time you spend on trying to run the head over exactly will be to much and eventualy you would be forced to get out of the tank. And once you get out....to put it bluntly.....your owned.

ROFL nice link =P

But 28 days later isn't a zombie flick.

Zombies die and are reanimated . . . 28 days later monsters don't die before becoming vicious. They do take on Fast Zombie traits but they are not zombies.

sick link!

Actualy, nocturnal, 28 days later was infact classified as a zombie movie. I do realise that they are, in no way, zombies. But, it was a (half) zombie flick.

I have a question. Why is a shotgun a prefered weapon over, say, an uzi or even a strong pistol?

the more i think about it, the more ways i thin of that the army could take down zeds. Please realise im not gunna get extremley tecnical with everything, and i do know most of these things are things they would NEVER do.

1. "Suicide bomber"- not what u think of, exactly, when you hear that. Im talking soldiar driving around in a jeep, plowing through the massive group of zombies with bombs(active) in the back, A very good way to wipe alot out. Running them over will knock 'em down, keeping them in place. Thats when the bombs go off. the explosion, of course, will cause the jeep to blow up, wiping some out.
2. Thats when the zombies that remain alive start advanceing. And, they get close to the base. Snipers are in their posts, and people are in the machine gun nests. Open fire.

I basicaly got both these plans from zombie themed things. part 1 is from dead tising(atleast, the explosion part). Some zombies push around a cart with a explsive barrel on them. that takes out a group quick.

#2 was from 28 days later, because the army base was heavily guarded by MG nests.

Response to: +++The Zombie Survival Crew+++ Posted October 5th, 2006 in Clubs & Crews

The army really dosent have the stopping power. Our guns aren't effective(like Dejanus said, M16's jam. And M4's just totaly suck), and air strikes would be a bad idea. When a airtrike is called, usualy the enemy would retreat. But zeds, dont really care or know whats happening. So they would advance. The bombs would kill a bunch, but more would survive. The soldiars would pretty much be screwed.

It feels good to be posting on the ZSC again. Thanks for having me back, guys!

Response to: +++The Zombie Survival Crew+++ Posted October 5th, 2006 in Clubs & Crews

Snype has a point. You dont have to know the whole headshot thing to stop the zombies with a tank, cuz pretty much all of you is destroyed when your pegged with a Armor-piercing missile.
