hehehe just make friends with a second degree black belt or higher and is a total health nut, and ask him/her to help you train. like said my friend Lee (a secondegree black belt/Health nut/Health Guru) does 300 push ups a day and 10+ miles and weight lifts . I asked him to help me and i'm healthier than ever.

You're gonna have to pick it up a lot man. You're good with pushups since you only need 42 in 2 minutes, but situps you have to have 49 in two minutes if I'm not mistaken, and you have to be able to run 2 miles in 15:30 to pass basic. hey man in the beginning of the summer I couldn't do 5 push up much less run a mile in under 8 minutes 30 seconds, (it took me 12 minutes) so I say thats a really good improvement because by nature I am a fucking coach potato.

Germany, Italy, Korea, and etc. aren't considered deployment if that's what your recruiter was talking about Dante. and I guess he said that its possible I could be deployed to Iraq ( apparently I choose a heavy combat unit) and now I may be but I doubt it because armor isn't really needed over there.
