lets see panic attacks and break downs every other day but I went to the doctor to get meds for that the only problem is is the medicine is affecting my weight I have lost 20 pounds since I been here and right now im at 115 pounds at the height of 5'6 I have doctors orders for double portions at
chow. and I have family day (my family comes and spends the weekend) and I am much better now that I see my family the seperation anxiety is gone that I was experiencing.

I am on family day I just got internetz Access and the first thing I did was going here i'm I just got done with basic (well sort of I don't officially graduate until I pass my PT test but I rolled my anke ((Long story and I got a Article 15)) and I i'm doing good I shot my M4 and and explosives and drove humvees and right now my family is in the other room but im typing this up quick.

hows everyone doing plus im only allowed acces till sunday 1800 so post quickly.

hehehe just make friends with a second degree black belt or higher and is a total health nut, and ask him/her to help you train. like said my friend Lee (a secondegree black belt/Health nut/Health Guru) does 300 push ups a day and 10+ miles and weight lifts . I asked him to help me and i'm healthier than ever.

You're gonna have to pick it up a lot man. You're good with pushups since you only need 42 in 2 minutes, but situps you have to have 49 in two minutes if I'm not mistaken, and you have to be able to run 2 miles in 15:30 to pass basic. And I would post a picture of "hatler" but I couldn't find a good base pic that would fit well with him wearing a hat. Lol.

hey man in the beginning of the summer I couldn't do 5 push up much less run a mile in under 8 minutes 30 seconds, (it took me 12 minutes) so I say thats a really good improvement because by nature I am a fucking coach potato.
