Yeah this has happen to me. Normally after I've been working heavily and my computer hasn't been off in weeks.

Its not a question of what program its a question of drawing skill. Studios have teams of dozens getting paid and what not of professional artists. You can do it yourself in any program, it just takes longer. I've done some anime in flash and it looks closer to what you might see on tv but the drawing eats up all your time. Mind you it was only 2 minutes. A full show would take months to do by yourself.

Anime
