The solos in that have a hella lot of tremolo picking.

Lol you guys are funny. You're like Star Wars fans who get furious when someone pronounces a Star Wars related name wrongly.
Well, not that bad :P

Well I wasn't, so how dare you change the arguement.
U AINT GOT DA RITE.
I love the average metalhead's fury towards music-related ignorance.

I think it's all quite funny though.
That video just added to the hilarity.
It's always better to train your Caterpie up to a Metapod, rather than catch a wild Metapod.
You will find that the wild one's only have the ability to harden, whereas if you evolve a Caterpie, it will know string shooting and tackling.
The same goes for Weedle and Kakuna respectively.
I've come to the conclusion that Black Metal is hilarious.
Sorry to those who love it, I just can't take it seriously anymore.
I mean you've got those fucking hilarious photoshoots a couple of pages back.
Plus there's the lyrical themes, and often incredibly silly music.
But I just saw this video:

Immortal - Call of the Wintermoon
That is the funniest fucking shit i've ever seen.

Break easily, are far too quiet, and don't they inevitably break after so long?
Mine hasn't, it works fine, although earphones get worn after about a year of constantly having it on the maximum volume.
Zen's for the win :D.
Im sure they're great, but i've had no need to differentiate as i'm perfectly happy with what ive got.

Flame away.
I like iPods. My iPod video hasnt let me down.
You see, im not one of those fags who hates something because alot of people have it, and therefore is "trendy".
I see the iPod as a mere piece of sophisticated hardware, that I use to listen to music on the go, and occasionally watch videos.
My hair is fluffy.
Sort of the indie look, but more round.
Messy etc.
Basically, I don't look like your average metalhead.

And DragonForce do indeed suck balls, they're awful live and totally overrated.
But they're fun and the album sound very good, even if they are deceitful.
OOOH LOL
Haha I read somewhere on an "Ask the artist" thing, Herman Li got his hair down his throat while playing live, and couldnt do anything about it cos he was doing a solo.
Hahah that must suck so much.

GET A GRIP ON REALITY GUYZ.
Oh, and Slayer suck lolz
At 6/15/07 08:34 PM, Nev wrote: Err... don't you need the E string too to play Glass Prison?
The answer is yes :P.
Lol yeah, but I havent done any of the solos. No way can I play that fast since I haven't practised properly for months. This summer im gonna get down to it since I will have no responsibilities :D
I just learned the main riffs and stuff, and the verses. I totally dig that guitar/keyboard interlude after the "I'll be fearless and thourough to enter this temple of hope!" bit.
There's a similar bit in Opeth's Leper Affinity, after Akerfeldt does a grunt noise at 2:13 into the song. Im pretty sure it was inspired.
But yeah I need to get seriously fast if I wanna play DT songs. I dunno how though :(
Lol I retuned my guitar to act as a 7-string, with the high e missing of course.
So I could learn glass prison. Quite a tricky song, but i've been slacking so much lately. I still need to get a new guitar because the one I have is just so awful.

For a start, he was past his time.... Damageplan were crap.
He got the chance to express himself fully - unlike Randy Rhoads.
And he wasn't as ace as Chuck :P.
Well I guess his death has been blown out of proportion, but I don't agree he's over rated.
For that style of music he was quite a master, and his solos and pinching squeals were awesome.
There's no point in comparing him to other guitarists who died just because he died. Besides most of the people who are "mourning" him have no idea what they're on about.
What's wrong with Dimebag?
He was the master of groove, one of the wizards of riff.
You're speaking about him like he was Kurt Cobain, a martyr for being a sissy pants.
That's a tad insulting.

Hell, I even thought that's what Deep Purple and Pink Floyd were all about for heaven's sake!
Im glad I realise the truth though.
Metalheads may be intelligent, but they're also usually socially cynical, so they're often outcasts or losers.
That's why it's important to diversify.

I haven't yet :(
Dunno when I will.
Hopefully they wont sell out quick (they obviously will).
I'll probably have to get a more expensive one off ebay.

How were they at download?
OMFG DREAM THEATER AND SYMPHONY X PLAYING AT WEMBLEY ARENA IN OCTOBER.
IM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOING!!!!!
Who would wish this on our people?

Ah he said Amerikhastan was the sequel to Holy Wars.
I haven't given the new album much listnes if im being perfectly honest. Not because I don't like it, just haven't been in a Megadeth mood recently :P
I'll probably listen the next time I go jogging or something. Havent had time with me exams.

I just kinda need to get used to it... get all the catchiness and brilliance in my mind.
As you know (and disgraced me for :P) i've had it for a few more weeks, and it's grown on me enormously.
Along with Awake, it's one of the albums I can't stop listening to at the moment.

It's piping hot. Some intense stuff, and other less intensive, but by no means worse. Every song is a cracker.
