Hmm, you say it suggests child pornography. I don't think that's the case here. The girls are skinny but have very feminin hips. Yes, they're flat chested, but a lot of girls (most) in rl are. Maybe we see to much "breasts hit the floor"-art, that a small chested girl looks a lot younger. I suppose we look differently at his art. If it reminded me at a child at all, I can assure you I wouldn't be defending this.
