3.93 / 5.00 4,634 ViewsI once dreamed that I was riding my bike home with friends on the same road we did daily after school. For some reason there was a small train track on that road that day, so I decided to ride on the rails. It was quite a silly dream up to the point one of my friends says: "watch out, your bike might click onto the rails". So I was like "what the hell did he just say?" and looked at him. His face was rotting/melting/whatever and I heard a click. Then I realized I couldn't leave the rails anymore, my bike was stuck on them and -of course- a train approached from the opposite direction. I woke up right before I became spaghetti.

I promise I'm human, ain't that enough?
It went away for some reason. I relogged, deleted my history,....
It appeared on every click on any link. For example: open Newgrounds > captcha > click forum > captcha > click general forum > rage > captcha >...
I need to enter a captcha on every click. Anyone had this before?

Take a look at my To the finish game.
It's very simple, has no graphics whatsoever, but has an acceptable score here.
I'm not to proud of it but you got to start somewhere...

The line that is suppose to be her skirt draped over her thigh unfortunately has become a tangent due to the angle it was drawn. The viewer is mistaken to believe that that line represents the thickness of her right thigh and causes questionable connection to a supposed pelvis.
Yeah, that's no good. You had to point it out for me to see it.
Her upper body seems to be transferring her weight to her right side and her left leg is quite straight. This is correct if you are implying that she is about to take a step.
But for the sake of character and costume design keep motion to a minimum as well with wind blowing effects. Those ideas are left for concepting animation or for compositions.
I actually tried to put in a little action so I could understand the body-composition better. I suppose that made it look a bit more awkward.
Thanks for the reply. Even looking at how someone else would sketch the feet and stuff is trully helpfull. I can work with this.
So I'm into drawing again lately. As a newbie to painttool sai I decided to draw the avatar girls as practice. Here is the first one; Katara. Watcha think?
So I've made an illustration for the halloween spooktacular contest. I tagged it with "halloween2013" like instructed. However, I'm not scouted, so when you search for "halloween2013" my art doesn't show up.
I know I didn't make a winning piece, still it would be nice if I could participate.

Voting 2 or above will always count as trying to save it. The system they designed just makes it faster to filter out really bad content (and save really good stuff sooner). And yeah... it also blams a bit more stuff.
Good stuff, Tom and eh... team. Really clever.
Ctrl-shift-del should pop a window to delete your cache. Just in case anyone is confused.

Its most noticable when the shotgun is fired when there are many bullet particles on screen. For each bullet particle there is a timer running so that if the bullet hasnt collided with another object within a time period then it is destroyed.
I was wondering whether having multiple timers is causing the performance to drop or not?
You should get better performance using an ENTER_FRAME method instead of a timer, which works fine for bullets.
