Makuta Teridax. I'm actually amused that someone remembers him in this day and age. Teridax was an intersting character to say the least. Of course, he showed the most cunning and audacity in the early ages of the last decade. But I cannot grant him the title of a great villain. He was but an embodiment of a dark lord. Not complex or simple enough for him to stand with other greats. However, I must praise him nonetheless. He truly gives evil a new face.
As for my pick. I shall select a not so obvious villain: Bruce Wayne, the Batman from Christopher Nolan's Batman series. You may all wish to argue, but it cannot be denied that a vigilante is a villain nonetheless? Batman is complex figure. His actions are debatable. His myth is philosophical. But in the end, mos consider him a hero.
So, I'll offer another candidate: Light Yagami.
I'll leave this discussion at that.
Yahweh would certainly place me under 'pride.'

I think he's an alright guy. What's your definition of right?

Now, now, pucker up. Things are quite alright. There's no one in the BBS? Go visit the audio portal. Write up some reviews. There are some very interesting grottos on Newgrounds. If you're lucky, you may just stumble upon one of them. There's much to do here. Don't worry.
If you watch this thread backwards, it's a listing of movie spoilers.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing at all.
If something that cannot be stopped hits something that cannot be moved, what would happen?
It deflects. In theory, neither object could exist.
However, which came first, the chicken, or the egg?
Dinosaurs laid eggs. The egg came first.
I've already won.

And why would that be fitting?
1.) An unbreakable blade forged by the core of Mars.
2.) A supreme map of the Earth, one that shall lead me to sacred places.
3.) A body that no longer requires sleep. Yet, my soul will continue to yearn for rest.

Now, you hold a mighty fine point. I agree that in actuality that war is without rules. But to wage total war is suicide. There are no rules in war. There is no reason. It's the battlefield. But, we remain civil men. And even the edge of night, even in battle, we must push our weaknesses and trust our neighbors, hoping that they keep their promises. Yet, at the same time, we cannot sacrifice our humanity. To wage total war is to call our opponents to do the same. To wage total war, to wage total war would be the ultimate death wish. We will not wage ultimate war.

Exactly. We take to such a savage realm, yet we expect our fellow men to be civilized on the battlefield? Use civility to conquer to the uncivil. There are no rules in war. Send your messengers knowing they may be killed. Do not fear deception. Do not fear betrayal. Do not allow your emotions to collide with your duty. Know that this may happen to your enemies, and use it to your advantage. The battlefield is the land of death. There is no order here. There are no rules. War is nature's equilibrium. The soldier side is the closest man shall ever come to touching nature.
