Well, it goes like this. A week ago I was walking back to my house after getting my midnight slurpee. Then came this bible basher and he preached at me and stuff. Told me the end is near, yadda yadda. So I told him "Hey man, it's late, so why don't you get home yourself, get some sleep?". He doesn't seem to understand though. He kept on bugging me and followed me up to a small bridge near my house. I just had about enough of this guy and shouted " OMFG! Why the fuck won't you leave me alone, for fuck's sake?". He got offended by the "OMFG" thing and pushed me. I hit the bridge handrail, which was low, knee high to be exact. I almost fell into the river below but managed to grab the rail. I just reacted and punched him right in the face. He dropped down to the ground, clutching his nose, which by then was bleeding profusely. I felt satisfied and ran off in case he reported me assaulting him.

Nah, really strong EMPs fries circuitry, lower levels just disable them for awhile and EMP is generated by anything electronic, even wires. EMP won't kill you unless you have an electric pacemaker or in a hospital on a life support machine.
