Hey yurgen, I live in malaysia and yeah, lychee sucks. Of all things to be carbonated... You know about pepsi blue? Blue coloured carbonated water. Bitter too. I'd say they fucked up a little in RnD.

Response to: If You Could Legalize One Thing.. Posted June 25th, 2009 in General

I'd legalize evading income tax. You've worked so hard for your cash just to give it away, while filthy rich people get away with it.

Well, since someone well-known dies, it's DEFCON 3 for the mods, kinda like a yellow allert.

Response to: best thing you did with fire? Posted June 22nd, 2009 in General

Molotov cocktails (found the petrol so it's free), filled up plastic soda bottles with bug spray, closing them up quickly and burn them (they explode quite nicely, do try it at home) and cooked a few rats alive. Old house was infested with em. I used trupentine for the rats. I had to save the gas for the weed whacker. Said rats were fed to cats. And i burned a whole pressurized fire extinguisher can. Good times, good times.

Do you have a mudkipsz? People would go nuts on that one...

Response to: I fired an M4 Assault Rifle Posted June 22nd, 2009 in General

Yeah M4's iron sights are quite sweet. You could feel as if there's a magnifier in the hind sight. I got a chance in the police cadets, they gave a M16 (A2 I think) but they would not let us use burst. And we only got one mag. Cheapskates.

Response to: Art Portal!? Posted June 20th, 2009 in NG News

I'd say it's about time for an art portal since Newgrounds is known to host people's works, this addition is like a new arm for NG.

On a side note, I remembered a while back, someone was complaining about the mature button on NG, and so on, it's placement, it's just put alphabetically...and so on. And someone pointed out that the "Flash Portal", "Audio Portal" and "Games" button weren't in alphabetcal order and spelt FAG. Now it doesn't...good times.

Response to: Wide Layout Posted May 29th, 2009 in General

What is wide with the wide layout? It still feels small to me. (my monitor is 1440x900)
I've been reading on the wide layout and it seems that it only gives the flash in it's original size plus a few widgets. But it ain't wide here. Can i make NG as wide as my monitor?

Response to: Pepsi and Coco Cola? Posted May 29th, 2009 in General

Pepsi is very limey and and has a notable citrus aftertaste. Coke on the other hand, has a faint vanilla flavour. Pepsi IS sweeter, in the long run it burns the throat. Coke is mildly more bitter and is best enjoyed iced. Both taste much better from fountains than from a bottle. Significantly better. Pepsi, however has a milder carbonation. That can't be said for Coke though. I'd sometimes gulp it down as soon as it's opened just to feel thegas scratch the throat. So, yeah there's differences and I'd drink either depending on the mood. Anyways, they're the only legal coccaine containg drinks. And I need to drink them everyday. I believe they have medicinal qualities.

Response to: I Dropped out. Posted May 29th, 2009 in General

Personally, I think it's a matter of choice. Yes there are easy ways in life and hard ways, but the easy way out is only easy in the short term. I was in a boarding school when I was 13-15 and I'll tell you it's insanely boring at best and it's a hell at worst. So I just flunk a subject, got discontinued because of it and continued studies in a public school, and yeah it was better.

Now I'm doing a diploma in offshore engineering, not so much for the diploma, but to gain entry in the oil and gas industry. Other guys go to public unierversities and such, but I didn't apply cos it's just damn boring. I'm aiming to get a certificate in underwater welding maybe after I finish my course. It's an insanely high paying job, so it's all about the money.

Response to: Little Things In Life You Like Posted May 29th, 2009 in General

Walking in rain, it just makes me feel like the water itself, very calming.
Watching dramatic cloud shapes and beams of light falling through, like some kind of divine light.
Wathching mist in the morning, there's an agriculture university near my place and they have this picture perfect meadow with rolling hills, they look very nice in the mist.
And waking up nice and energized, which is getting rare.

It's interesting to see rain is on many lists.
Response to: Are you afraid to check out girls ? Posted May 29th, 2009 in General

Without sunglasses, the best way is to put a bored face, so you wont garner any unnecessary attention. Still, I'd suggest break eye contact when it happens after 1.5 seconds, to avoid hinting out too much intrest.

Response to: World war 3 Posted May 7th, 2009 in General

World War III was plausible back in the cold war era. Now it's not so big a possibility. With the balance of power shifted when USSR broke up, leaving the US as the biggest military force. Still, Russia is a close second with their technology, but the US is way advanced. And anyway we saw what happened last year (remember Ossetia?) no one wants to mess in the war, just some statements by leaders and such. N. Korea, it's just not the force as it was in the 50's. Time's changed, we can see PRC as a growing superpower, and WW III might happen if there are military actions on Taiwan, the US would support back and so on. But relations between PRC and Taiwan are warming up, so there is less chance there.

shouldnt this be in politics? But we're just rambling nonsense. XD
