Unfortunately not, that's 3D and pixel art animation, I specialise in 2D as do most on newgrounds.

Hey there!

I've never made such effects by I deconstructed the video you linked to and had a go at creating an effect myself.

This is a rough version I just threw together fairly quickly, so this would be by no means the finished product, but you get a sense of my ability with motion and animation.

It's a very exciting thing to animate, it allows for some really fun effects! :)
