It's not really the death part that sucks, more the slow ageing process beforehand.

I understand that some people can consider the existence of some kind of deity, in whatever form it may be, perhaps a being in a higher dimension or simply the energy/mass within the original singularity.

What I don't agree with is creating individual religions to fulfil some kind of egotistical omnipotent 'God'. All these religions suggest that their god is the god and that for some reason he feels the need to be worshipped, as well as inciting hatred and often violence onto those that disagree with him. Sounds like an ideology people would follow thousands of years ago, for various reasons though people still do.

I'm not trying to force anything on anyone, just felt like adding my thoughts.
