I'm not talking about the overused lines from the media, I'm talking about the fear itself. Being seduced into having all your blood drained is a real horrible way to die. Losing large amounts of blood over a short period of time is extremely painful and just plain horrible. So, you might say, my fear is really that of losing excess amounts of blood be it by accident or by the forceful nature of another person or persons.

The BBS here is pretty bad as it is already, could you imagine what it would be like if the mods decide to stop doing their job? It would get pretty messy around here, and the BBS would probably have to be shut down. Apply the same logic to the United States as a whole. It's bad enough already as it is. We need no further corruption. Again, freedom without discipline is anarchy. And if there's anyone here who can understand that, it's the moderators.

I smoke Nat Sherman Black & Gold when I go out or have a drink. For regular cigarettes I smoke American Spirit Non-Filter and Marlboro 100's.

China currently is home to around a billion and a half people who are allowed only one child per household. We will not become like China.

We can't afford to ingnore history either. Words like those mentioned in this thread were created for a specific purpose, to express emotions such as anger and hate towards another person. I understand that you might want to use them with your friends and loved ones in a figurative sense, but then, why not just use words which were created with definitions literal to what you have in mind? The mountain of words contained in every language known to man is colossal so I can't see why you would need to subtitute one word for another word.

Words have definitions, those definitions have meanings, those meanings have history, and it is in the history we find the origins of the words themselves. The meanings of curses and what they imply have not changed since their inception into many languages, our perception and lack of knowledge as to what they mean, however, have changed. That is why we find ourselves often misinterpriting the true meanings of these words, and wind up using them much more freely than we should. In short, it's just bad English.

One more reason to move the Hell out of the U.S.
