Response to: Microphones/Headp hones,Speakers. Posted April 9th, 2008 in Audio

Just to let you know... cheap + good quality does not exist in the music world. Good quality "for the price" does exist (seems you paid a good price for that thing).

Headphones and speakers... honestly, pick one. Get a good set of headphones (preferably) or a good set of speakers... don't get an "okay" pair of both... you'll end up gipping yourself on quality.

Remember, quality, not quantity!

(this post is highly opinionated, by the way, I don't intend it to be taken as fact :p... except the first bit... that part is fact)

SynthFont is a free editor for SF2 (SoundFont 2) files. Should be what you're looking for (if I read your first post right).

^_^

Response to: Vocal Syncing In Fl. Tempo Setting Posted April 8th, 2008 in Audio

If it's not working in Fruity Loops, don't both. Export to an MP3 and then record the vocals seperately, laying them over the original track. You can do this in a free program (such as Audacity) and get good results, or do it in a more complicated (but not so free) program such as Adobe Audition.

imo

I've never actually tried to record anything live into Fruity Loops before, tbh, so I don't know how to help you there, sorry.

Hehe, I don't really like any government, you could say that I'm anarchistical, but I really hate having the place where I live flamed.

Should drugs be legalized? Posted March 7th, 2004 in Politics

Yes, no, whaddya think? I personally believe that drugs should be legalized. Government-controlled drug production would make drugs safer, bring the cost down, break the back of the illegal drug industry and possibly (most likely) cut down the number of violent crimes.

She's gonna get put into jail, it's just a matter of how long.

Now according to that which country is doing better?

True, we sometimes come down to the US for medicare, but our system is free and we don't have to pay 50 bucks to see a doctor. Before flaming a country, try to know just a little bit more next time.

Response to: Microphone suggestions? Posted March 7th, 2004 in Game Development

The best mics that I have heard of are the headset ones. Those are supposed to produce the best sound, plus the mis is a good distance from your mouth. I just have a little mic with a voice reader. It goes through, but it's pretty choppy. :P

Okay, for #1, you have to select to create the button/symbol/graphic BEFORE you draw it. After selecting all the options, it goes to the place where you can draw it in. For #2, did you include the first and last frames in the motion tween?

Response to: good series team-up Posted February 5th, 2004 in Game Development

I can do voice, scripting and flash. But I can't do animation. So, sign me up for the ones I can do.

Response to: linking buttons? Posted February 5th, 2004 in Game Development

Is this button on a webpage?

Response to: Newbie flash guy Posted February 5th, 2004 in Game Development

Yeah, I'll join too. I've actually had flash for about 4 months. But I never used it before 2 days ago. I'm not bad in actually using it, hell, i'm pretty good. But I suck ass in drawing and stuff.

Response to: Gotta get someone Posted February 5th, 2004 in Game Development

Dude, just do a google search. Or go onto MSN Groups or some other free-shit site like that. Don't ask other people to do it. At least give 'em a fucking reason why. i.e. for a movie! Jeez!
