Anti-abortian arguement-
The arguement is that a baby does not have a fully formed brain yet, therefore its technically not alive according to the legal arguement. Now the fact thats they are not intelligent is overexagerated, because the brain is there just not fully formed, but they do have a brain and are capible of thought. And the babies heart does have two capilaries formed by three months also.

Pro-abortian arguement-
I feel strongly about both sides of this arguement because abortian can be useful, not for the fact of killing a baby, but to help the parent(s). If a girl has been raped she should consider abortian but consider it long before 3months arrives. And she should have it done legaly, not herself.
