I don't care how heavily sedated you are, doing something that obscene is simply inexcusable. It's amazing that people like that are allowed to live, and allowed to commit these horrid acts.

Mondays are really the shits, but what I REALLY don't like are THURSDAYS.

Thursdays are like the... super-shits, like after a night of beer and chili... they come out after you've already had your share of the week, you're begging for it to be over, but NO! It is only THURSDAY! There is still more to come!

As for the screen notes thing, I have no clue what you're talking about. However, to add music and sound, you can do that in two ways.

1) Open HyperCam.Under the tab "AVI File", there should be a check box for "Record Sound", check that. Then go to the "Sound" tab, check another box there. From that same tab, you can also change the sound quality. Set it to "44100 samples per second", or it sounds like crap. Actually, it still sounds like crap, I prefer ScreenCam 2.2, but that's only a free demo... (note, this is how you do it in HyCam 2.13, I don't know if you have a different version)

2) Open HyperCam and take your video. Then you can go into Windows Movie Maker, and add theme music for the video(i.e., a metal song in the background for a video of a skateboarding video game or something), or some sounds (i.e., an explosion sound for a cartoon when an explosion comes on-screen). You can do this by going to the Import Sound (or Import Music, whatever it says) and then locating the sound file you want to use in your video. Then put your video together, add any extras, and go to "File" then "Save Movie File..." and follow the instructions.
